if you want to open a spa in another country it would be your best bet to open one one in a country where the weather is good all year long.

in any country as long as you have new ideas new services works, if i'd choose a country to open new business would be Sao Paulo Brazil or Cancun Mexico, the reason is cost about 3 times less to open a new business, locals loves foreigners, and because these 2 countries have high demand in tourism which most of it is American, and Americans would love to go to American owned business in other country.....you don't need visa unless you'd choose Canada or England

lots of legal govenrment paperwork, visas, and business licensing required before you would be allowed to open a business in any other country
