Not all atheists are the same. I do not hate theists - several of the people I love most in the world are believers. In any case, I do not hate people for their beliefs - in so far as I hate anyone, I do so because of their actions.

I can't speak for all, but no,... I hate your ideas about religion, but not you. hate is even too strong of a word here, i would use strongly dislike/disagree.
