I was born overseas on a US Military base, who do I contact about getting a replacement birth certificate?

All the websites I've visited don't have an option for born overseas. I really need to get a copy of my birth certificate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just so everyone knows just in case it comes up, both my parents have passed, so I only have the information from my memory.

You need to contact the Department of State so you can get a Counselor's Report of Birth Abroad. That will be your birth certificate.

If I remember correctly those are certificates issued by the Dept. of State. I know this sounds wierd, but I would bet the Sen John McCains office knows this for sure.

Try the Dept. of State. Call them. Don't spend all day lost in their web-site.

You need to request it from the US State Department. The instruction on how to do this are in the link.
