I can not download a new program on my computer from microsoft?
I click on the download part of the screen and another screen comes up that shows retry or cancel.
I click retry and the small screen just flickers nothing happens. I am guessing I have a connectlion problem but I dont know wha to do. Is this a simple problem or do I have to call a computer tech to
help?

Please provide the program /application's full name, and, a link to the website you're trying to download it from, so we can try it ourselves.
Tell us which web browser you use, too. Surprisingly, Internet Explorer works best on Microsoft's websites.
Then, maybe we can help you further.

Close all browser windows and start again. You may need to ONLY use IE for a download from Microsoft. Watch for a pop-up asking if you want to do this, or the yellow download warning bar at he top of your browser screen.
