Does anyone know if 3 network is experiencing problems tonight?

I can't get onto internet on my iPhone, can't open any apps nor my -mail accounts since about an hour ago. I can call and text but that's it. I tried to get onto the help site of 3 and that does not open either. So wondering if they are having some trouble tonight or is it my phone??

    probs just your phone as you can still phone and text but 3 do have problems most of the the time
