ok, as a mom of two, i feel your pain! teething tablets (at any walmart/cvs/walgreens) are great. they dont taste bad, and are 100% natural. no added stuff like tylenol etc. also, maybe before bed time give him a dose of tylenol it might soothe his pain enough to help him sleep. and let him chew on something cold. like dampen a clean rag, stick it in the freezer and let him chew on it. these have worked for both of my kids, and the pediatricians have approved them all. if you want, ask your pediatrician ;) i hope this helps! Oh, also, frozen fruits are good too ;) they're tasty, and will help the gums.

As the other user that has answered this question, teething tablets are fine and you can also buy them a teething ring. It a plastic rubber like toy that has water in it and then you put it in the freezer to freeze. When you give it to the baby, it gives them something to chew on.
You might also want to consider massaging the gums on your baby. That sometimes works.

use the bulb syringe with saline drops to hold her nostril sparkling -it is the only nice help. wash all hands larger and present day her a pacifier if her hand isn't passable for suckling. for people who sense she's in anguish, take care of it. adjust to up with the pediatrician once you have a scientific project.
