HCG Diet phase 2 no wt. loss?

There are too many variables in an individuals intake to worry about in a 3 day period. When such a low calorie diet is followed, fluid intake is usually increased dramatically (because of the lack of calories). Water retention will account for about 3-5 pounds of daily fluctuation. This is one of the reasons that weighing in only once a week or once every other week is recommended.
Realize that there is little clinical evidence for HCG drops. This is a hormone called Human chorionic gonadotropin and is found in pregnant women (realize that this hormone may make you more fertile). The drops on the other hand, do not contain any effective amounts of HCG.
Any diet consisting of a 500 calorie diet will result in weight loss. It is impossible to not lose weight with such a low caloric intake, barring you have no other known health issues such as hypothyroidism or cushings disease.

The nutrition isn't damaging. It honestly works. It takes to the air weight with out that further epidermis left over. My entire loved ones grew to become their lives round with the nutrition and consume greater in these days considering the fact that of it.
