I need a promotion! help me please?

Im writing a cover letter to apply for a internal position at my job.
i know my cover letter needs some tweaking so please help me rough draft is below thanks

          As a current Full time Key-holder for solstice (philadelphia premium outlet) my goal is to grow within this company, I was pleased to learn that there is currently an opening for Store manager at Lenox Square mall and would very much like to be considered for the position.   As a first step in the application process, I have completed an internal application for review.

	With my current experience with solstice I have the opportunity to get a hands-on education of the solstice environment, brands and the company's expectations.  Demonstrating strong leadership ability I do assist with the responsibilities of recruiting, interviewing and training of new talent.  In my current role as well as in my previous roles with companies such as Cole haan, French Connection and BCBG Max aria I instituted new sales initiatives that increased the respective stores’ profits and overall productivity.

	With my experience and skill-set, I feel like I can succeed as Store Manager and increase the profitability of that store.

Depends on what you would like. I'll explain a couple promotions. Dragon Gate- If you're a fan of fast-paced wrestling, this promotion would be perfect for you. Many of the wrestlers all have their own unique styles that you haven't seen from anywhere else. The execution of wrestling maneuvers is so smooth and flawless even with the fast-paced style. You could see that the wrestlers all have tremendous skill. The wrestlers there are also charismatic with guys like YAMATO, BxB Hulk, Masato Yoshino, etc. If you like fast-paced wrestling, this promotion is for you. Dragon Gate USA also has its own PPV deal or I can link a site for you to watch Dragon Gate from Japan if you like the promotion. ROH- This promotion is more like a modern version of old school wrestling. It's just pure wrestling with a variety of styles. The feuds and storylines there are pretty simple, but well done so it can get anyone into the certain rivalry or storyline. There are some colorful characters like Delirious as well. It's mostly just a promotion focused on wrestling with simple feuds and storylines. It's on HDNet or you can go to youtube and search for ROHBrazil because he posts ROH every week. They have iPPV's (internet PPV's) as well. Chikara- If you would like some humor, Chikara is probably the best choice. The wrestlers do these funny dances or have some funny pranks during the shows. The wrestling quality is still good though. PWG- It's like Chikara, but it focuses a bit more on the wrestling. It balanced humor and wrestling better than Chikara in my opinion. The commentators, which often features a wrestler, is pretty funny to hear as well. PWG has also been one of the best promotions of the year based on wrestling quality as well with shows like As the Worm Turns, Kurt Russellmania, and Titannica. Those are the main Indy promotions. If you're interested in watching wrestling out of Indy's and mainstream, promotions like AAA, CMLL, or NOAH are also great. AAA is like WWE with storylines, gimmicks, and sports entertainment, but it's far better than what WWE produces despite not being able to understand the language (Spanish). You can watch AAA on Galavision or I'll give you links if you want them. CMLL is also Spanish but it's more wrestling oriented than AAA. NOAH is just pure wrestling as well except more of the puroesu (Japanese) style. Depends on what you're really looking for.
