He DID tell everyone to do something about it. Are you just willing to allow others to die so you might have "proof" you demand that you would ultimately attribute to something else anyway?

Soon, God is going to turn this earth into a Paradise. Among the many benefits that He will bring to mankind will be the permanent removal of the economic load that weighs so many down. This will be done by means of a superior form of government, God's Kingdom.

They will not build and someone else has occupancy; they will not plant and someone else do the eating... The work of their own hands my chosen ones will use to the full"

Psalms 9:12 says, " God is sure not to forget the outcry of the afflicted ones"

God is going to do something about the poverty and suffering that we see today. He will also put an end to crime and violence. Even death will be brought to an end.

Not exactly sure how you come to the conclusion that it's boasting.

Even if you read it as a story, there is no boasting. If I missed it, perhaps you can point out the verses. If it happens to be true, it's still just a retelling of events.

Why should God do it, when WE can?? Seriously, why do we blame every problem on God? Should we also blame God for racism, when individual people just CHOOSE to be racist? We have more than the means and the knowledge to end poverty globally, several times over. We just choose not to.

Today's poverty is NOT due to a lack of food, but governments controlling the people and greed. Millions of pounds of food rots because governments refuse to distribute it to their people.

Now HE sends Christians with food and medical help and water via organizations like Samaritan's Purse, Operation Blessing, Hand of Help and other organizations operated by Christians and financed by Christians. He showed us what to do and we are doing it as best we can. If you want to help as well, I'm sure you can find a way to do so.

Like Jesus and the Saints, why don't you do some sacrifices and offer them up for the poor.

You can fast on bread and water, skip junk food, not eat meat, and/or give some money to the poor or charities.
