Dog medication and possible reaction help?

HI, my dog is a white boxer, 63lbs, 5 years old. She has allergies, cronic pancreatits and yeast problems. She is currently taking Metronidazole, ForiFlora and Famotidine. The vet gave me Fluconazole in 200mg tabs. Last time she took it she had what appeared to be a mild pancreatic episode and would not eat for days. The vet wants me to break the pill in half and try again. I'm leery about doing this...what's your take on the subject? I also have conserns about giving her this metronidazole long term...

If you think that it is a allergy reaction then don't give her the pill because it might be fatal, instead take her to the vet and explain why do you think it happened and how. The vet might give you another pill to try, because I think that it is allergy. And if the medicines have any yeast in it or anything that it is allergic to don't give it to her!
