high unemployment, low wages, high food costs, oppression by their president (dictator), no possibility to remove their ruler, nothing to show for their mass oil production.

Egypt is a dictatorship. The President controls everything.

Specifically, the main opposition is coming from the Muslim Brotherhood, which is a conservative Islamist movement. They believe that the government should be ordered around traditional Islamic values.

In a way, they are a lot like the Christian right in the US, but with a different religion, of course.

They are outlawed in Egypt. The current administration is secular and supports the US.

i think of ppl ought to shop protesting till this guy is out of capability and maximum easily in a much off places u . s . a .. He has given a speech how he will step down for the period of the subsequent fall elections and how he will re-write the form and how he will make police "appreciate the folk" (that final fact ought to tell you each little thing there.. jeez, i'm no longer expert the two) i'm canadian nonetheless in egypt. egyptians think of that's packed with lies and he's in basic terms appearing as a "paralyzed snake" he will say those issues to get protesters to back away yet while they quit he's gonna in basic terms upward push to capability back. he has tried each tactic on attempting to quit those protesters and clearly that isn't any longer working so it form of sounds like he has to initiate spreading those lies. those speech is somewhat to previous due however. if he did no longer use violence interior the initiating and made this speech till now (initiating of the demonstrations) than it would not be as great as that is. Mubarak performed his enjoying cards incorrect. he has honestly confirmed the international his genuine side. he's extremely undesirable man or woman and extremely corrupt with the aid of stealing funds from the folk and not letting people have a freedom of speech.

  • The average salary is 2.00 a day. They are sick and tired of hearing promises from the president. Heard it before and nothing has happened. A dictator never hears his people.
