Sometimes if the Yahoo servers are temporarily overloaded with many users demanding bandwidth at once, you will get that response. Usually it does not last long, but if it has persisted that long, try another way to get to the Answers page.
Bookmark as a Favorite the main yahoo Answers site to get to it in one click. Then sign in.
(I never know the WHY? of computers - I just work around them.)
