Is JV football a lot different than Varsity football?

Is it similar to varsity. I know that the guys are bigger and stronger. Do you think I should be scared playing varsity or is it basically the same level as JV?

    yes, very much so...speed, strength, and height in players is a huge different. but thats why you practice during the summer for varsity to be prepared. Where i play, about 250 people are at the JV then 2000 go to the varsity. alot bigger stage

    JV prepares you for varsity. You shouldn't feel too nervous. Varsity's intense, but you get disciplined and mature over your time playing. Good luck :)

    Varsity are the best palyer form each school they are bigger faster you got to be ready

    Yes, there is no J in varsity football.

    Much different. Guys are bigger, stronger, faster, tougher. If you are scared, don't play.

    Yes.... the players aren';t as good- yet.
