Trying to remember a film?
Quite a modern, contemporary film, all i can remember is it was a very innovative piece of filmmaking and was about a man bed bound in a hospital, the camera was from his viewpoint. I have a vague feeling we could hear his thoughts and not what he was speaking. Really can't remember the name of this film. HELP please

I know, was that movie with the Spanish actor that won an Oscar few years ago, i will check and i tell you.
