In the state of mississippi can u legally move out when you're 17? Just like if you're 18 u can legally move out.

    In Mississippi the age of majority is 21. If that is what you mean by legal. At 21 you are considered emancipated and your parents are free from any further support obligation.

    As for moving out of the house, you can do that at any time as long as you can live with the consequences, such as lack of food, shelter, and of course money. At which point you become just another statistic and easy prey for those more street smart than you.
