Very easy, rinse cup in warm water, put in a big dash of baking soda! (baking soda) $1.50

Source(s): Add some warm water and scrub all around inside your cup,bye bye stains. Good for stains on teeth too, use a damp warm wash cloth and, scrub gently*

    Hello-

The best way is to use just a little elbow grease. This happens to my cups as well. You could also make a paste of Baking Soda & use a scrub brush/clean toothbrush/baby nipple brush/dish cloth to thoroughly scrub off the residue buildup. If your cup is microwave safe, heat up some regular white vinegar in the cup for about 1 minute. Let the cup cool slightly, scrub the cup & then use the leftover vinegar to help clean out your drains. It's not toxic so it's perfect to put down your drains to keep them running smoothly. Hope this helps.

If you are a parent, the 2nd option is to give the cup to your kid(s) & have them do it instead...hahahaha...just kidding(not!) GuardDog

I make a paste of baking soda to scrub my teacup. I wet the cup with water, sprinkle on the soda and scrub it down, then rinse.

Denture cleaner, and the one called Stain-Away, in a powder rather than a tablet form, is way better than Poli-dent.
