Anyone have a recipe for Happy Wok's Kato Chicken?
I love Happy Wok's Kato Chicken and was wondering if anyone had a recipe for it? I'm in Wisconsin, and their website doesn't even have the dish on the menu, but I order it every time I go there. It's very sweet, with a good kick of spice at the end of every bite.

See you like to cook great food dishes, I purchased online a great recipe guide and have been able to easily follow the recipes and cook some great meals for my family and friends.

Well, I've never heard of Wok in a Box. The website seems to be Australian; that's probably why. In any case, the secret to teriyaki is garlic and ginger. Add a little soy sauce and maybe some spicy stuff if you like that, and you have teriyaki sauce. Cut up chicken into roughly 1-inch pieces; cook it in a pan until there's no pink inside. Add the mixture above, stir it around a bit, add frozen mixed vegetables that you like; cover. Let everything cook for a bit; take it out, stir it around, add more soy sauce. Serve over rice with sesame seeds on top if you like. That's my stir-fry recipe (sorry it isn't very specific).
