How do I get my hair to form like this? (Picture)?

Hmm. I think you need some intense layers, so like parts of your hair are shorter, adding to the volume of it, and then just fluff it up? haha I don't have that hair, but I have some long layers :)

part your hair and tease it while teasing at the same time. kind of like how you do dreadlocks.
