Question about Phil & Teds stroller?
I am thinking about getting a Phil & Teds Sport double. I would like to know if it is possible to put the Cocoon carrycot at the same time as there is a toddler in the pram?

No.
To use the cocoon you must have the main seat in the fully reclined position which means you can't have a toddler seat underneath.
To use a toddler seat in the above the main seat configuration means you do not have enough room to attach the cocoon.
To put it simply- no matter HOW you attach the toddler seat, the seats are simply too close together to have a toddler AND use the cocoon!
