Do i combine the moles and the volume of HA and OH to get M1 and V1?

m1v1=m2v2 is for dilutions. If that is an equilibrium arrow you are showing, you are going to need an equilibrium constant. If it is just a forward arrow like -->, then it's a limiting reagent problem and you need to find moles of HA and moles of OH.
