someone who own a bussines or someone who knows about take paper work?

my boss is a slacker. And i feel like sometimes he doesnt know what his doing. im new in the job but i been knowing the guy since for ever and i know he doesnt care... what are all the forms tha a boss is suppose to give a new employee .. i know he is suppose to give me some tax papers or something like that. so he can know how much tax their gunna take away from my check ( well i think is for that) . but the point is that he doesnt know what his doing so CAN SOMEONE TELL ME ALL THE PAPER THAT IM SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE FROM HIM... PLEASE LIST THEM ALL

    Didn't you just ask a question about how to fill out all the forms that your boss had given you? I think you had listed them all -- a W-4, an I-9, a state tax form ... there will probably be a direct deposit form so that you can get paid via DD ... there might be some related to your medical insurance or other benefits as well. The forms you get will vary depending on what type of job you're doing, where the office is located, what insurance plans you qualify for, etc.
