we were doing an experimet and we ound that pyrogallol substrate can attach to catechol oxidase active site. i gues it gthat catechol oxidase might be attracted to 2 hydroxy group closely place. so i know that Squaric acid has 2 hydroxyl group on 1 site. i was wondering if is even possible for these 2 to bind ?

I want to know what can be causing this i want to take it to the shop but every times i go the want to rip me off. Because i am a female :-\

I moved in her unit on July of 2011 and she always said she will bring the lease but never gave me one. also never gave me receipt for any month of rent or the deposit. I was living in her unit for 9 months and i only got 1 receipt from her which was for the month of December of 2011.

We had some arguments so we agree that I was going to move so on Feb 21 2012 i moved. Then she said she will not give me the deposit until 45 days. so I did some research and found out 45 days is the law so i waited. now i call her after the 45 days and she is saying i never gave her a deposit and also said she file a complain to the police for me calling so much.

Lastly, she said we messed up the unit. But when we moved the unit was perfectly fine. she is inventing the whole story and saying that we can take her to court because she knows for sure we will lose.

Any advise on how to solve this??

I been trying to loose weight. I work out, do diet and dont see anything, but i saw this african mango plus pill and is saying that u will loose 12 pounds in 28 days.. but i will like to know if this is a scam or is real..if someone know anything about this or knows someone whos taking it please let me know thanks!!!

my boss is a slacker. And i feel like sometimes he doesnt know what his doing. im new in the job but i been knowing the guy since for ever and i know he doesnt care... what are all the forms tha a boss is suppose to give a new employee .. i know he is suppose to give me some tax papers or something like that. so he can know how much tax their gunna take away from my check ( well i think is for that) . but the point is that he doesnt know what his doing so CAN SOMEONE TELL ME ALL THE PAPER THAT IM SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE FROM HIM... PLEASE LIST THEM ALL

I really don't understand all this tax things. I have two w2 . one says I earn 990 dollars but does not have anything in the federal income tax withheld. and in the other w2 it say i earn 630 dollars only 3 dollars in federal income tax withheld. in both w2 it shows that state income tax were taken out. would I be able to get a refund???? Oh I also receive a form from college the form is called 1098-T. what is this and what is it for?? someone let me know please I would prefer is a tax preparer or expert in the topic but if you know a lil but ur not an expert you could still tell me what you know thanks!!!

pues yo se que lo puedo aser con galletas oh corn flake pero queria saber si puedo mezclar las galletas, el corn flake , y tambien el pan?? todito junto en la prosesadora . y aser la mezcla con los tres.. que creen me quedara mal o sabra bn plz chicas ayudenme antes que mi novio llegue a la casa jajaja
