IRS is the agency of govt charged with collecting taxes.
taxes are the pool of money that the govt collects to run the country.
What is governmnent? govt is the entity that we the people have appointed to run our country for us to benefit us and to do our bidding.
What is country? country is that piece of land within our borders...that land belongs to us..we the people ....and the govt is nothing more than we the people...its there only by our permission. The govt is neither good nor bad..its us....just like someone you hire to represent you is you.
