I have a Russian dwarf hamster and it use to take her like 2-3 days to eat all her food but since sunday night she's been eating about 2 bowls a day..and it's not a big bowl it holds as much food as the size of a 5year olds hand and I filled it up last night it was all gone like by.12 and then I filled it up again and I got home at 800 and it was gone again does anyone know why she's eating so much now?

If there has been a change in temperature, maybe she decided she needed to stock up on food. Check around in the bedding, or wherever she sleeps to see if she has been storing it. If she really has eaten it, and it's not in her cage, then as someone else said, she could be pregnant.

She is mostlikely hiding the food what i do is fill my bowl once a week because i know that is ther recomened amount for a hamster and she always has left overs. But if she dose eat everything i give her a few bits more. You hamster may be eating the seeds and hideing the pellets to get more seeds
