can i do my taxes from 2009 this year? i never got a chance to do them last year.?
well actually i went to file my taxes last year with my friends wife and i was only getting 100 dollars back and she wanted 50 for the service. so i ended up not paying the 50 dollars and she never submitted it. can i file them this year and still get the 100 dollars?

You should file them, but you will have to send them in, no e-file available for 2009 now

Yes. You have three years from the due date to file a return if you are owed a refund.

yes you can still file previous years for a refund. be sure to use the forms and charts for the respective years though.
my coworker stated that he's never in a hurry to file for a refund. instead he has filed several years at one time to pay for his vacations.
