Chicken soup, (preferably real, home-made chicken soup), is what Chinese medicine recommends. Water is good. If you are badly de-hydrated you can get water which has electrolyte already added.
Edit,
If you eat meat, liver is good to replace nutrients lost via blood loss. If not, get an iron supplement.

Hi there Phiyrekiss!
Are you Okay? Or is this someone you know who has lost a lot of blood? Hope everything's alright.
Its scientifically proven that body replenishes its blood loss within 5-6 days ... The rate of loss and reproduction of red blood cells is about 50 mL per 24 hours.
Vitamin E as an antioxidant helps in reducing the oxidation of red cells. Consume more of vegetable oils rather than animal fats.
Protein helps in improving the protein structure of hemoglobin. Hence have sprouts, pulses that are rich in protein.
Wheat grass and sphelt or spirulina contain chlorophyll that can retain the red blood cells and thus improve the hemoglobin content in the body.
Coconut water which can be used as replenishment for blood loss as well.
On a side note the military is now doing more bloodless surgeries too.
Rothman told NorthJersey.com, “I’m very proud we were able to get this included in the defense budget. It not only saves lives and helps alleviate suffering for our military personnel and veterans, it will also save federal tax dollars.’’
Dr. Aryeh Shander, executive medical director of the institute told NorthJersey.com, "Bloodless medicine appeals to many doctors because it carries low risk of post-operative infection when compared with procedures requiring transfusions. It can also be useful during times of war or natural disasters when blood supplies are low or unavailable."
