Scorpios:why are you so manipulative do you respect people you can`t manipulate?

Question

there is this scorpio that is next to me in locker room and he manages to manipulate everyone but me for example he will say
"hey your black shoot some hoops"(and ill throw the ball back at his face)
"ïll give you a buck 50 if you shout i love penises"(and id say ïll do that for free but not for u man)
etc,etc,etc. 

but honestly when ever you see a weak willed person why do you  am i the only one to not notice this

do scorpios respect aries because there about equal

Stop grouping everyone person born under scorpio as manipulative just because coincidentally, the one you know is. If we walk around making sweeping generalizations, and if we feel content with this and see no error, then we as a society have failed.

i think scorpios reluctantly respect anyone who doesn't fall for one of their games.
Wouldn't want to mess with an Aries, they're street smart and don't take crap.

scorpios tend to play mind games and aries fall for it as they are dumb. maybe thats the reason why he loves messing around with you. from what i've observed they only mess around with stupid people. and scorpios and aries are equal? that made me laugh. aries can't think and make a decision and often screw up their life cuz of it while scorpios plan out their moves. they are no match for aries in my opinion
