What would a psychiatrist do about stress...?
to the point my upper back and neck muscles pull my spine out of alignment and cause trouble with sleeping? what would they consider giving me?
the wouldn't give me some chills or something? my doctor had me on all kinds of muscle relaxers that didnt work and even percocet but i don't want to take that.

That's not really something you see a psychiatrist for. They can help you to manage stress but your regular doctor can help you with the more physical effects.
