    I don't think Dizz saw this question. My grandson is autistic and signs. He hears but cannot speak. He hasn't been taught bad words to sign yet. But, that day is probably coming, a which time he will get himself a time out. =)

    no, that would be pretty unfair! hes deaf, not a mute. but if it were me i wouldnt punish him at all, hes deaf, isnt he suffering enough? besides, this deaf kid must be pretty dumb to sign a cuss word in front of a parent
