I like the natural minerals powder make-ups. But now it's highlighting my skin's beginning crepe-iness.?

What to use?

Talk to the cosmetician at the make up counter. They will recommend the right foundation for your skin.

I like Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme. It works wonders on "mature" skin. Well worth the price, because you use a very small amount.

You're better off moisturizing than using gloppy makeups and powders. Aging skin needs to be softened, makeup is probably 90% a waste of time once you get into your late 50's or early 60's.

Less is better when you are older.

The older we get, the lighter our foundation make up must be. Otherwise it will accentuate the wrinkles. Powder foundations are on the heavy side. It's time for a change to a light liquid or to a tinted moisturizer.

I've recently noticed crepiness (or maybe creepiness) myself. I almost never wear make up -- too lazy - but I got the one from Loreal that has a little paint roller to apply it. That works very nicely for me, but my sister hated it on her.

I prefer women who don't use any make-up. A woman covered with make-up reminds me of a French Pastry.
