Has the Obama administration's contempt of court been reported in the MSM?

Of course not. Do you really think that the same people who become press secretaries for the Obama administration, switching back and forth between the MSM and democrat government jobs, are going to report devastating news about a corrupt democrat administration? This is worse than Nixon. The courts have ordered the Obama administration to comply and the Obama administration said "scr*w you, we are the dictators of this country." Whether one believes that the US should not drill in the Gulf in favor of China drilling in their place (but even more rigs - more dangerous as well) is beside the point. The Obama administration has been found in contempt of court and the MSM refuse to report it.

For those posting here that they don't want oil platforms exploding or are glad Obama closed deep sea drilling are ignoring the point. You people really are a sign of a deeply troubled culture, that doesn't care for the rule of law or the Constitutional crisis that is being brewed right here, when one branch of the government defies another's constitutional powers. The Obama administration is defying TWO federal orders. One regarding deep sea drilling, the other regarding Obamacare. You can't ignore this. If your "guy" does it, then what's to prevent the next President, whome you may disagree with, from running roughshod over the law? Oh my...all of a sudden, THEN it will matter to you. You all need to stop, put aside the politics of the moment and recognize the seriousness of corruption and illegality at this level.

No. in the two situations wherein a federal decide ruled the healthcare reform bill or factors of it unconstitutional, neither decide pronounced that the ruling could take effect in the present day. hence, President Obama isn't in violation of any ruling. it is very customary while handling this form of vast and complicated regulation, as a fashion to permit the bill to proceed for the period of the courts.

Yes, it has been reported. Most normal people are happy that Obama is not letting any more exploding oil platforms into the Gulf Coast.
