Well, you've got it backwards actually Josh.
ID is very much growing, because it makes more sense than anything else. It's observational science at its best and is one theory that explains the origin of the universe better than other possibilities.

It's not dead. It's merely in a new disguise. I think they call it "Critical Evaluation of Evolution" or something now.
So, it has evolved in this way:
Creationism => Intelligent Design => Critical Evaluation of Evolution (or w/e it's called now)
It will probably never die. There's always a group of people out there more than willing to rake in some cash by tricking stupid people. These guys are good, though. We're not talking some infomerical BS that grabs maybe $50 from someone, we're talking 10% of a person's entire worth over the course of a lifetime. Some imbeciles I've seen on TV and such even borrow money on their home to give money to the church.

Argument from design has always been around....it took off big time when Darwin made his postulation, because it appeared, on this level, to prove an order to the cosmos.
I doubt it will ever go away, as much as anyone might want it to. It's the people who put it forth who are less than ...well, I don't know the exact word I'm looking for. They are somewhat repellant? However, if one is firmly on the side of there being no God at all, to have to consider that the very existence of order and design might mean that God DOES exist is very hard to take....because all their senses, their logic, and their pride, their convictions that God DOES NOT exist is at war with the mere consideration of it, because belief in God comes with SO much baggage.
However, in order to deal with the smugness of the proponents of the ID argument, one must find a way to deem it acceptable without drawing the same conclusions as they have.

ID is just Christianity in disguise. If it is still around after over 2000 years, why would ID disappear.

Sure, all the info is out there, but it requires obtaining and listening to. Those of faith tend to stick their heads in the sand, especially when such knowledge contradicts the very foundation of their crazy mythology.

Intelligent Design has been officially ruled faith and not science in a court of law. If thats not being dead nothing is.

It is dead.
But adherents are still parading around the dead body, holding up its arms and legs, and moving its mouth, claiming its alive...while ignoring the stench from the decaying body.
It's really sad.
Peace.
edit: no, I can't. Lack of belief in claimed magical gods is entirely logical, and is growing in the world.

only in humans?..not in other forms of life?......why is it natural and random only in humans?....after all science has all life coming from a single source
