No, it is not wrong for you to ask Him. Talk with Him calmly about it, tell him you love Him and you can forgive what He did, but, it came with a price to you and it hurt you, and it was hard but you still loved him, no matter the fact that He did it.

    Dont argue and yell.

Pray before you go to him and ask God to give you what to say in a peaceful, humble and loving spirit. If your brother does not comply. Let it go, write it off and leave it between him and God.

As you leave look Him in the eyes, hug him and say, "Nothing changes my love for you, you are my brother and you are in my heart."

God will take care of the rest dearheart, and further on down the road, with the guilt that he carries, He will do right by you one day. Forgive it, forget it and treat him just the same. It will work his conscieous. But keep your valuables away from Him.

It depends on what was said when he stole it. Did he ever offer to give it back or pay for it? Any possibility it wasn't him who took it? What proof do you have? After asking questions like that "Judge Judy" would probably tell you to take him to small claims court or something (depending on the value of items). God on the other hand would probably want you to try to work something out with your brother. If your brother refuses to return or pay for the items, you need to forgive him, and then forget it! I'd stick with God's plans, they'll be better in the long run, for both of you.

I think that would depend mostly on the motive of why you want repaid.

It would be right for your restoration but if you really don't need it all then donate

    some.
