Anyone have a bad experience with cherry culture?

I've never ordered from them before, and it's taking forever to come in.

I ordered a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped (i live in Hawai'i btw).

Just wanted to know your thoughts on this company.

    I ordered from them once and it came in around 5-7 days! I live in NY
