Help me with my Biology homework, please?

I am looking at a specimen on low power and cannot see the details that my instructor asked me to look at. What show I do? How is this done?

Thanks!

    Switch to high power :S

if you can't see the specimen clearly try focusing it by using fine and coarse adjustments

Hopefully its a compound Light microscope. If so try switching your objective to 10X magnification lens and don't forget to apply the oil on the lens. Also don't forget to adjust your light diaphragm.
