Sorry, but ALL sites that provide COPYRIGHTED music for FREE but WITHOUT permission from the copyright owners are equally ILLEGAL, apart from some indie music and classical & nursery rhymes. Otherwise, please use iTunes or similar LEGAL buy-a-download site! There is a very good reason why all the illegal sites like lamewire are being shut down and their users sued for stealing and sharing copyrighted material illegally. I very much doubt no-one here would work for 30+ years without getting paid either, so I can't see any excuses for illegal downloading. Illegal is illegal, no matter how people try to twist the truth, and having no money is NEVER an excuse to STEAL anyway.

Free music is not legal 99% of the time, unless the artist approves it
that violates the copyright laws
