It's completely up to you, it won't hurt or anything, yeah 30 seconds to mars is a good choice, i'd choose them :) nothing to hard i don't think but still, music you like and not to loud

I have heard and read many testimonies that playing classical music calms your baby, and some even swear that it makes your baby smarter when they are older. I also have some friends who played rock to their baby, and have an amazing drumming 6 year old son. They swear it is the music they played in the womb. I am currently pregnant and I play classical and some alternative rock, nothing to hardcore. I play it on my phone when I am lying down and put the speaker on my tummy and it is not very loud at all. I have done alot of reading and they say about 20 weeks your baby can hear outside the uterus so that also makes a difference. Good Luck!

I don't have kids, but I would play the kind of music you plan to play in the baby's room. Maybe the baby will remember and find comfort in the music.

It is a personal choice, although most will say classical music (but studies have shown other music is good as well). Babies like their mom's voice and heartbeat. They have some great c.d.s that are made for tummy listening...maybe check those out online!

Read this article. I love it!

they say classical music is best. I've also read somewhere that you are supposed to play music the same tempo, beat or rhythm of your heart beat. That makes the baby feel safe. I think that article recommended Mozart.

The ABC's and on medium volume. You can say words on a recorder and put headphones on your belly on medium. On a level to 10, 6/10 is good.
