Generally there's only one way to get them, and it's really gross.

You ATE them.

This isn't your fault, but hte fault of someone else who had worms who touched their bottom and then didn't properly wash their hands, and touched something that you ate or put in your mouth.

This could be anything from food prepared by someone else, to someone who you shook hands with, to someone touching all the produce with dirty hands before you bought it (which is why you should ALWAYS wash your food!) - or if you're someone (like me) who always is touching their mouth with their hands it could be any number of things you've touched and then bam, you've got worms.

It's not because you're dirty as much as someone ELSE was dirty, and now you've got worms.

You will have to clean your house completely so that no one else gets infected with them, but if you're careful AND CLEAN the people around you should be safe!

Do you really think doctors have the time to waste on here?

What does un-clean mean? Worms are a common problem, go to you doctor.

What kind of worms?
