Google Translate has the option to translate an English phrase or sentence into Yiddish, but you use it at your own risk.
For the quote you posted, it comes up with the following:
"איך וועט ניט ענדערן די אידעעס פון אַנטרוטס פון רעליגיע און פּאָליטיק"
I do not speak fluent Yiddish, but this translation looks a bit fishy to me. The word "untruths" is just transliterated into Hebrew/Yiddish characters, though that word does not appear in Weinreich's English-Yiddish dictionary. (Some of the other words are just cognates, so look transliterated.)
I can't vouch for the grammar one way or another.
But if you're going to get something tattooed on you, you probably want a more reliable source! Find a bona fide Yiddish speaker. Universities sometimes have Yiddish speakers among their German or Judaic Studies faculty. If you live in an area with a substantial Jewish population, a Jewish community center (JCC) or yeshiva may be able to put you in touch with a Yiddish speaker. (Whether they'll want to help with your tattoo or not, I can't say!)
