My boot camp instructor has challenged me?

to lose 10 lbs in 14 days. I do spin class 3 days a week and boot camp once a week.

Im 43 and weigh 156 lbs. I track my calories everyday and stay around 1200. Does anyone have any tips that might help me do this??

    I agree with Sarah, it is unhealthy to loose weight fast. Unless you are 3ft tall 156 is not bad, a better challenge is to feel good about yourself just as you are and if loosing weight is a desire do it as a slow life style change.

    I don't think much of your boot camp instructor if he is encouraging you to try and lose 10lb in 2 weeks! It is not possible unless you are losing water and muscle which is pointless!
