I sold my treadmill last night - I used the treadmill the night before. I showed the 2 men that came to pick it up it worked great. They payed me then loaded it in the back of a truck in a down pour of rain didnt tarp it or strap it down got it home and they said it wont work and want there money back... I feel like they way they transported it is why it doesnt work.... just want others opions?? thanks

Im 43 and weigh 156 lbs. I track my calories everyday and stay around 1200. Does anyone have any tips that might help me do this??

Im doing a 45 min spin class 2-3 times a week also starting a YMCA boot camp this week that is once a week. I would like to lose 15 lbs. and I understand it depends on my diet plus how much I put into the 2 classes. Just wondering how long anyone thinks it will take me to lose the 15 lbs?

I just started my 4th week. I was doing 30 reps on each machine now I have increased the weight and working back up to the 30 reps on each. I have heard 6 to 8 weeks before I see results.

I am not trying to make anyone mad about this but I don't understand. This is my situation, my son is in 9th grade honors english, advanced math, and bio 2. He is ranked #9 in his class and I am very proud. But my problem is that 3 of the kids ranked higher than him are in the Learning disabled classes. I really don't agree with this and wonder what your view is?

Then my sister in law called so I was talking to her and the guy then called my sons phone and wanted to talk to me - He was mad because I hung up??? What was I suppose to do?

6 slices of thin sliced ham (the package says that is only 45 cal)

is this pretty good so far? - I am wanting to lose about 10 lbs so im just trying to eat better and get off my butt more..LOL
