Too much bread, not enough fruits and veggies. Try having a piece of toast and some fruit with yogurt for breakfast. Lunch have a salad with lots of greens, veggies, you can add turkey or ham in there, low fat cheese. Snacks are good. For dinner have some lean meat (chicken breast, fish, etc) with steamed veggies.

Get rid of the ham, it has fat and nitrates. Start to make your own whole wheat bread. Get rid of the fiber one bar. It is a processed food. So is the choc. pudding. Try not to eat things that come in a box. Try to find a heathier meat than ham with all of those nitrates and preservatives.

honestly that is a lot of carbs and you need to incorporate more protein. so for breakfast have a couple scrambled eggs with ONE pc of toast. snack- have some almonds, and maybe a protein shake. (1 scoop/8 oz water) lunch-try a chicken salad WITHOUT dressing or cheese. if you need dressing use salad spritzer. banana-good snack. pudding-it's ok if you NEED it for sweet tooth, otherwise nah. do some cardio and weights too.
