If you made at least $27,000 a year in the most recent quarter, you will get the maximum. The maximum is $390 a week. As part of the stimulus plan, there is also an additional $25, for a total of $415 a week.

Contact your local Dept of Labor. They will be your best source of VALID information
Usually, it is like 1/3 of your gross income, but it can be higher based on your length of time at your employer.
Good luck. In your job search, do not forget ot apply to places like Kelly Services, I know it is temp work but generally if you get in good with them they will work super hard to keep you working ( I was laid off 12/19/08.. they had me back at work 01/05/09!)
Also, check the job boards at the college & technical schools!
