Spin class... how long will it take?
Im doing a 45 min spin class 2-3 times a week also starting a YMCA boot camp this week that is once a week. I would like to lose 15 lbs. and I understand it depends on my diet plus how much I put into the 2 classes. Just wondering how long anyone thinks it will take me to lose the 15 lbs?
I am 43 5'2 and 145 lbs. I do not over eat after my work outs and I do watch my diet very carefully on sparkpeople.com that counts my calories for me

I think it really depends on you. If you are already a normal sized person or like a size 6 who just wants to be model thin then it's going to be hard for your body to give up 15 whole pounds, but if you are overweight and you stick to this plan then yeah I think a month is reasonable as long as you don't feel entitled to over eat because of the work outs like some people do.

It should take about a month. Spinning classes alone burn 800 calories.
