If a wife might be charged for embezzlement, can the husband divorce her to save there home?

Or can they sign away everything to a parent to keep it?

She has not been arrested yet. Just asking for opinions.

    Honestly my husband doesn't want to make any decisions in the home decor.. He feels its a womans place. He thinks a man should just have a masculine "area". But since your husband feels differently you will have to come up with some compromise. Maybe take different rooms to decorate. Like if you have a den, let him have it and decorate what he wants and you take the more womanly areas, like a kitchen....

    IF you are in the states, you should homestead your house. This keeps it from civil harm. talk to a lawyer.
