I want lose weight AGAIN!?
Well, here's my story. Before I weigh 260 pounds (118 kilos) way back 2008 and I lost 70 pounds 2009 (31 Kls) and now im back to my old self again (260 pounds) and having a sedentary lifestyle for 2011. I read and write about diet and foods that I ate while im on diet and changing my lifestyle.
But now its getting harder for me to exercise again because Im not motivated even I read positive sayings, quotes and looking for journals (peoplespark.com & fatsecret.com and more) in dieting. I have a very low self esteem about my body image right now. I know I love my body but it's different to have a fit and healthy body. :(

No amount of reading quotes and teying to get inspired is going to work. You have to choose that today will be the day I start a diet and go for a walk. Why don't you get a puppy so that you can take it for walks and it will make you feel a bit happier? If you already have a dog then you have no excuse, take it for an hour long walk each day, eat healthy and drink lots of water instead of sugary drinks. You know you can do this because you've done it before. Good luck.

Drink green tea.
Eat hot soup before a meal.
Devide your meals to 6 instead of 3 thru the day
to increase metabolism.
Don't eat heavily just before bed.
Limit caloric beverages.
Know your daily calorie limit.
