Is there any way I can calculate my body fat ratio?

Without seeing a doctor?

    Buy a scale that calculates it. They aren't 100% accurate but they'll give you a good idea. They also have other devices to measure it. As for a way to do it just by knowing weight and such, nope.

    but it's not reliable, especially over the internet as you're weight is affected by so many things, not just the fact muscle weighs more than fat as two people can weigh 150lb and be 5'2 for instance and be completely different with different lifestyles and diets.
