does anyone out there know of watch repair shop that will clean and repair a rolex without the super high cost?

I have owned a Rolex for eight years. The watch is about sixteen years old total. The most I ever paid to have it serviced (cleaned, lubricated, regulated, and polished) was $650. I just took it to the nearest dealer.
