Need to lose weight!!! Please help me i'm totally desperate!!!!?
Here's the thing i really want to lose my "belly" fat and i just don't know how. I've been doing sit-ups and leg-ups every night for like a month but it's not helping, if anything it looks more like i got fatter then thinner. (if you're wondering if i'm anorexic i know i'm not because i checked my BMI). The point is that i can't lose weight and i'm doing everything i can. I have a toast for breakfast, a sandwich, juice, yogurt, fruit for lunch and whatever my parents make for supper (no my parents don't feed me pizza every night, they're trying to be as healthy as possible) yes sometimes i do have a second serving and i always have a bowl of fruits as a snack after. I know i might be eating over the norm, but what can i say, i'm hungry. Anyhow, it's not like i eat junk food or anything so please don't tell me to go on a diet. Also i am a minor so i can't go to the gym or buy any of those weight lose video's. (And no, i am not about to take any stupid pills). Also if you're about to suggest i go jogging around my neighbor hood, don't. Where i live it's like minus 20 degree's Celsius (a.k.a it's freezing outside) so no, i can't just go for an hour jog outside. I talked to my mom about driving me to the gym and the next day she comes home with a yoga dvd for beginners. I really don't think yoga is gonna do much except maybe make me flexible, at long last.
Sorry if i'm complaining a lot but i'm really desperate and tired.
I know i kind of went on a little so to put it shortly:
How can i lose weight under all my unfortunate circumstances?
Does yoga help lose belly fat?
Doing sit-ups and leg-ups every night will it help, or only make things worse? (i've heard that sit-ups will only build abs under the fat not make the fat go away, is that true or not?)
PS: i am already part of a competitive soccer team and have practices every saturday and a few games (it is winter so the soccer season is quite for now), but i am part of it, so joining an extra curricular activity is out of the question. (i also get home from school at 5 o'clock so i don't really have anytime to do another sport).
PLEASE HELP ME!!!! (if you're wondering, i am a girl so no i don't want abs).

Okay... first of all, you can't get abs (or any real muscles) whether you want them or not. Not enough testosterone.
Second, you don't actually need exercise to lose weight. It's pretty much all about the right nutrition, which people mostly get so very wrong. You need to try a low-carb diet (I recommend going Paleo/Primal).
When you eat a lost of carbs (bread, pasta, rice, etc.) your blood glucose goes up which causes your insulin to goes up which causes you to store that excess glucose as fat. You need to change that behavior by keeping your insulin low, which means low-carbs, which will help your body use the fat stores efficiently (e.g. your belly fat goes bye-bye).
If you feel the need to exercise, then I strongly encourage you to keep it simple (and to hell with cardio!). DO NOT exhaust yourself. Your schoolwork, social life, and soccer playing will all suffer. It's much better to under exercise than to over exercise.
You may not believe me, but I encourage you to try a Paleo/Primal diet for a month. See how you feel (your diet has a stronger effect on your mood and overall well-being than you'd think). If it doesn't work, well at least you've learned something.
Oh, and if you're in a place that gets -20 C then I encourage you to take Vitamin D supplements since you're probably not getting enough sun.
Sorry, final note: I notice that a lot of people are suggesting that you go on starvation diets, suggesting that you eat 1500 or 1200 calories or less. DON'T. You could do serious damage to yourself and stunt your growth and development. Your body and brain are still developing, don't damage them.

Try to eat 1200-1500 calories per day. Actually count them. You're probably eating around 1800-2000 which is causing you to maintain weight. Make a plan of what your going to do fitness wise. Try doing a 15 minute cardio video 3 days a week, and then strength train 4-5 days a week (crunches, push ups, ect). Drink nothing but water. You can also drink tea if you'd like, but aim for cold water and 8-12 glasses of it a day.

first step: change your diet
1. drink only water. NEVER DRINK YOUR CALORIES EVER!!!!
2. ZERO junk food. no chips candy or anything fattening.
3. when you eat, eat salads with little dressing, and little to no cheese. just lettuce tomatoe and carrots.
4. do not snack. if you must snack then make if a fruit or vegetable.
5. all in all just lower your calories to no more than 1200 calories. i would eat even less.
second step: exercise
1. run whenever you get the chance to
2. go to youtube and look up videos of at home workouts without equipment, you can even find some you can do in bed. (type in 100 workout. first because thats what i do and it works!)
3. find your favorite exercises for the parts of your body you want to work on and do them every day.
******to help lose additional weight----take 2 quarts of boiled water mixed with 2 teaspoons of salt and cool it to drinking temp and then drink it. do this every other day. you can lose like 5 pounds a week. depending on your diet

You wont lose weight by doing the regular boring diet plans
like "less carbs more cardio, eat less workout more" kinda crap. This might even
let you gain few pounds and it wont do the trick...
there are smarter and shocking techniques, do you know that not all fat are harmful?
and actually you need fat to burn fat? do you know that you don't need to count
your calories? also having more sex will help you lose more weight.
dividing your meals instead of 3 large meals make them 6 or 8 smaller
ones to increase metabolism...
