Did/does the spetsnaz discriminate against blacks?

I was just wondering.

Update:

And for people who dont know, spetsnaz is a "group" in Russia not a guy

    Of course. You won't see too many blacks walking around Russia, so when they see one, they usually watch out, I image... Racists. :/
